Hello out there!
I'd like to keep my carbs under 50 consistently in order to lower my blood sugar, while also trying to keep my stomach from hurting. I have the blood sugar problem, but also the stomach problem and am always aware of both.
I'm 56 yrs. old, female, and I'd like to do the above plus exercise to build muscle if that's possible at this point.
