Default Hello out there!

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to keep my carbs under 50 consistently in order to lower my blood sugar, while also trying to keep my stomach from hurting. I have the blood sugar problem, but also the stomach problem and am always aware of both.

I'm 56 yrs. old, female, and I'd like to do the above plus exercise to build muscle if that's possible at this point.

Those are my goals in a nutshell. Thanks for listening.

Yes good luck with your goals and building muscle is possible for sure. It's slow as you go just like losing weight but very possible.

Have you looked into the Glycemic Index Diet?
