My name is Jen, I just joined today.
I used to weigh 220lbs and now I weigh 164.5.... I'm having troubles getting down to 130 (I'm 5'2)
I'm hoping to use this site as motivation and to clearly track my fitness/calorie intake. I jog daily at least 8 miles. But eating is my issue..I seem to have no willpower in that area at all.. I'll do good allllll day and then at night I'll binge. Before bed, wake up in the night and eat.. it's crazy. I don't know what I can do to where I won't wake up in the night feeling hungry. I can eat a whole meal at 10pm (I don't) and wake up at 2am feeling starved, even though I'm not. HUH!!!!!!
