Hello from Newbie
My goal is to drop 20 pounds by December 1st, 2013.
Exercising is not a problem, since I do that regularly, on average 2 hrs. or so daily, skipping a day occasionally.
The problem, of course, is not enough push-backs from table and fork put-downs.
I shall try to negotiate the site and get some inspiration from fellow members.
Good luck mate! I try to have a glass of water or two before I start eating. Makes me feel full faster so I don't overeat.
