I lost 3 pounds. I didn't think I would, because I was swelled up most of the week from fluid retention. (oh the joys of being a woman)


Weeks goals:

*Drink 12 oz of water with each meal: Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
*Walk daily: Yes, yes, yes, yes, no, Yes, no
*Eat less than 1,100 calories a day: Yes, Yes, 1,182 no, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
*Walk stairs (2 flights) at work 20 times a day/3 days this week: Yes, yes, Yes
*Lose at 2 pounds: I lost 3! Yes

calories under 1100:
water 6 glasses a day:
exercise 5K a week:

(This is how I ended the week. I hope that tomorrows weigh in will say that my weight stayed the same and not a gain.)

Hi everyone. I did it. I lost a pound last week and four pounds for June. It's not the six that I was planning on but I hope to do better in July.
