Good job everyone and good luck this coming week!

Week's goals:

*Drink 12 oz of water with every meal: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
*Walk 7 days a week: no, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
*Post everything I eat and log in everyday: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
*Lose 2 or more pounds this week: crossing fingers and toes, YES -3 pounds
*Eat less that 1,250 calories a day: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
Started journey to health: April 29, 2013

As of Sept. 12, 2013: -67 pounds gone

Many more pounds to go
