bad week
Hey all,
I've had a bad week. I've been doing low carb and I love it but my body doesn't. I've had to switch to calorie counting and I've gained three numbers on the scale. I don't know what from (water ect) but it feels horrible. I worked so hard to lose 23 lbs and not I'm almost below 20 lost. Any motivation would be great. |
It is probably simply water weight if you have increased your carb intake with the calorie counting. Try not to stress to hard about 3 pounds. You have done amazing so far!!!!

Try and not weigh but once a week. Even with that, sometimes a body will be holding on to some extra fluid. Just give it some time and it will happen. :)
