I have not be logging my food intake but I know I am between 1200-1600 calories a day....more protein then carbs

I have posted my progress pictures on this blog. I will post pictures every 4 weeks. I am stoked to follow some advice that a fellow fitday member offered to help me break my plateau. I am going to give it a go and see if the scale budges a little more
