Week's End Wrap Up:

Goals for the Week:
  • Log everything, no exceptions (nibbles and "tastes" count!): yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
  • At least 1500ml water per day: 2000, 2000, 2000, 2000, 2000, 2000, 2000
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average of under 1550 calories: 1482, 1505, 1437, 1447, 1317, 1340, 1233
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average of under 1300mg sodium: 958, 1114, 1071, 1131, 886, 945, 854
  • Maintain a 7-day rolling average of at least 15g fiber: 16, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 21
  • No red entries on this report: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Study every day: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes

Am I happy with this week's efforts? You bet! And, as a bonus, the scale moved downward! It took two weeks but I've finally recovered from the diversions caused by the trip, birthday and Mother's Day. Now I can start back on my drive to 75!

Thanks for the welcomes.

For the first week I think I'll keep it simple and easy then take it from there.

Week 1 goals:

Less than 1500 calories per day, under 10 000 for the week.
Log all exercise to set a proper goal for week 2.

Dmartz that looks pretty solid apart from the 2425, what made that one so high?

Great goals, Ian! I'm so glad you decided to give this a go! Carolynn started up a new thread here ---> 7 Day Motivational Thread starting May 20 -- Stay Strong! If you'd like, you can copy and paste your goals over there!
