Under 300
I am one of those deceptively heavy women. Since infancy I was always heavier than i actually look. So instead of the numbers on the scale I focused on over all health and wellness. But 3 babies in three years, a divorce, a lay off and a little bit of depression distracted me from taking care of me.
Needless to say I found myself not only unhappy but unhealthy. Tipping the scales at 313 I decided I was done ignoring the problem and got active. 23 pounds later I am just so gratefull to be under 300, my blood pressure almost back to normal and the blood sugar issues disappearing. It is only the beginning but making small changes i can live with has been a life saver, literally.

Congratulations! It's great to hear that you have decided to embark upon this journey for yourself and that you're seeing the differences already! Keep at it and you will feel even better! Congratulations on being under 300 and I wish you all the best of luck on your journey! It's definitely worth it.

I too applaud you a step in the right direction !,, I have searched youtube for motovation and found it I restarted a little over a week ago, kind of half-ish watched a few other people battle this and win so I am recharged! best of luck ! keep at it
