Clearly Donna there was a reason you knew that. If it was me I would eat every last one if I had one.

Red face

don't feel too too bad, I just ate a 100g bar of dark chocolate - 460 calories!!
just couldn't stop tonight had another round of physio which seemed to help a bit and had lots of discomfort in the shoulder today - but that's not an excuse. it just tells me I ate it for comfort. need to change that feel good sensation & taste to something better for me! think I'm just tired & cranky from lack of sleep & the discomfort.
tomorrow is another day, for everyone. let's get back on track. this is why my scale isn't showing me a 1 in front too!!
off to bed to read for a bit so have a good night all.

But you can bet there will prolly be oysters rockefeller or bienville. And please whoever oversees my diet (yes that would be me), save me from the fried puffed potatoes. Make me order the salad with asparagus instead. Since I am appealing to my higher powers of self control, may I also add and if you give me my daily bread, please make it a slice or two, not too much butter. I hope I did not offend anyone here with religious references. Lemmee know and I will delete offensive part.
so how was the friend puffed potatoes. The crazy thing is I've never heard of that, does it go by another name?

Going along well with my goals. Except no exercise really so far (other than the daily yoga). However the good news is that I can see again so much so that I can probably drive again starting tomorrow. Walking challenge? There are a couple of takes but I don't see anything having started, I think I can start tomorrow or the next day. Will running count lol? Well walk before run right Mike?

I am so looking forward to my daily cal expenditure being more than 1800.
Running counts.
