This was a few months back, when I was "cutting"
This was me about a month ago, after some "bulking", just finished working out so I'm a little bigger than I normally am.
You can see that I can not get rid of the lower belly fat. I really need to tighten up my "diet", nutrition is the key!
Here is me a couple weeks ago.
I'll try to post up a more recent pic. I have more belly fat now. I'm still doing well, but not where I want to be. I'm now being told that "it's in my head" I look fine, but I know I've been slipping some. I guess I need to cut some more then do a "clean" bulk, any suggestions are appreciated.
