Default 7 day accountability thread starting 4/3/17 Spring into good habits!

After a week of the flu and a poorly fought battle against triple chocolate cake I'm sure my weight is up. I haven't checked.

1) 100 oz water per day
2) 12k steps per day
3) weigh in on Friday

Hi all. I increased my calories and the weight started coming off again but then it backfired and I gained 3 pounds. I am cutting back to 1200 cal. to see if my weight will level out or drop again. I feel like a hamster on a wheel moving forward but not getting anywhere. I haven't made any real progress since April of 2016 and it's tiring me out losing and regaining the same 10 pounds over and over again. I have almost 50 pounds to lose and need some advice. Sorry for the rant but it needed to be said.

Like Mike, I was down all last week with a bug, so slowly getting back up this week. I just have two goals for this week as I recover:

Calories below 1400 (approx): M-Y, T-Y, W-Y
10,000 steps per day: M-Y, T-Y, W-Y

Looking forward to shaking this cough for good. It just keeps hanging on!

Hope everyone has a healthy, active week.

How much water are you drinking? Have you tried to change up your macros to see if that helps?

Yesterday was a real struggle at the grocery store. I almost cried in the snack isle when I resisted the urge to buy junk food. I bought 3 new pair of pants for the summer and hope to fit in them comfortably by June. Ten pounds should do it.

Goals: Drink more water, get out and walk, eat less salt and sugar.
It's nice to see that you had a good week Mike. Keep up the good work and thanks for the advice.
