I feel like Pinocchio. My goals will result in a lot of no's.

However, I'm down again to 202.8 and I had in over 6k steps by 8am.

Tuesday: 10 pushups, 30 second plank
Wednesday: 10 pushups, 30 second plank
Thursday: 10 pushups, 30 second plank

This Week's Goals:
1) Calories under 1,400 (6 days): M-Yes (1,258), T-Yes (1,298), W-Yes (1,392)
2) 10,000 steps (7 days): M-Yes (15,303), T-Yes (18,633), W-Yes (18,174)
3) Log all food (7 days): M-Yes, T-Yes, W-Yes
4) Stairs (3 days): M-No, T-No, W-No
5) Strength band exercises (3 days): M-No, T-No, W-No

Way to go, everyone!

1) 13k steps per day Failed miserably, nope, no yes
2) 100 oz water per day close but no cigar, close again, no yes
3) 3 servings of fruits and veggies yes yes no no
4) weigh in on Friday (be at or below 203.4) 202

1) stop eating like a linebacker: YUP (and lost 2 lbs.) YUP, YUP, YUP
2) drink water like a boss (6 glasses minimum, OK a low level boss): six, NOPE, better but still..., no
3) do not get into pointless arguments and say mean things (please no one tempt me, Mike) Failed already, yes, yes, yes
4) Veggies are my friends, eat them: could do better, did pretty well, ish, WOW yes
5) Walk this way. In fact, walk any way: yes, yes small, yes, yes small
6) Write, real writing: YES, yes and writing group, YES, YES

PLUS I lost 4 pounds since Monday, not unusual when I get this fluffy. And bingo here I know helped. I HAD to walk so I could tell you honestly that I did.

Mike, you can do it. Zoot, I hope Vegas is fun. Kathy, I am impressed.
