Default Weekly accountability thread 10/3-10/9

I need to stick to it, this time. I hit an all time high of 212.2! Time for me to go low carb and stick to something instead of giving up. I haven't logged my foods in a really long time and not being accountable has really shown! It's been a while since I've gone low carb (or even cared about what I eat), so I may have to adjust my goals some.

1) log food daily (even on the weekend)
2) limit of 40 net carbs per day
3) 100 oz of water per day
4) check in here daily
5) lose 2-3 pounds (will be mostly water weight)


who else is in?

First day was a little extreme... 689 cals, 120oz water, 22g net carbs, -3.6 pounds (water weight)

1) log food daily (even on the weekend): M-YES

2) limit of 40 net carbs per day:) M-YES

3) 100 oz of water per day:) M-YES

4) check in here daily:) M-YES

5) lose 2-3 pounds (will be mostly water weight): M- -3.6

Thanks. Today I was 205.4 so I was down 6.8 pounds for the week. I'm very happy with it. I just have to keep plugging away!

I was 210 shortly before stating. Then I ate a lot of boiled peanuts (salty) so I blew up to 212.2 (retaining water). I started at a false number, 212.2. Drank a ton of water. Ate very little. Probably average 900-1000/day for the first week and peed a lot. Dropped a lot of water weight.

I haven't logged food this week, but I'm continuing the same eating/drinking habits as last week though. Still tracking weight daily.

Excellent job Mike. Keep up the good work. My weight has been all over the scale because of evening eating. Last night I didn't have any food after supper. I hope to make this a habit.
