starting again
well, i've been gone a while and my weight has crept back up...so today starts a new challenge! I am hoping that being connected to others with the same goal will help me stay strong! I have been feeling a little out of control with my eating lately, but after reading some of the posts I feel more confident, like I'm not alone. thank you! I plan to post updates and positive notes to inspire others too!

It's been a year since I started this weight loss journey and I have had my ups and downs along the way. On Sept 1, 2015 I weighed 202 lbs and on March 20 I was at 163 lbs. Since then I have been struggling and regained
some of the weight. It's been a battle trying to eat smaller portions and limiting starchy carbs. I won't give up trying to get to my goal of 135 by

It has been a while since I was here. I am not going to try real hard at the weight loss until the first of the new year. Libby you are amazing. I have a bad foot so getting out and walking is hard to do. I work 3 1/2 days a week on concrete floors so it will take time to get well.I was doing well last summer but re injured it irrigating (flood the ground with water in a controlled manner ). I have not gained a lot back but have not been on the scale for a while. Cloths are still loose.

I want to get back to where I was, too. I did great for so long, but lately I have lacked motivation and I need to get back on track. I will try to check in here a few times each week and hopefully stay accountable. We can do this---one day at a time.
