Yesterday I struggled with my studying. My ADD was in overdrive and my Adderall didn't seem to do the trick. I could not stay focused. I hope today will be better.

I'm still here! Just had a bad reaction to meds.
1) Plan: yes, NO, yes, yes
2) Stick to Plan: mostly, ate a lot tho; NO ate crap and binged; yes clean eating, no
3) 6 glasses of water: 5, 4? not good, 7
4) Walk:walked, not well, walked, walked
