Hello to all members
I also eat more on the weekends (and other days), but don't want to. I am hoping to join you for Monday weigh ins. I started a walking program one week ago.

Restart weight: 181.6 lbs
First goal: 160ish
Final goal according to BMI health (not sure this is my goal yet): 130ish
