Good morning, Debbie and all! =)
I had a wonderful first week. After about a year off of my healthy eating food plan, I was actually eager to get back to many of the clean foods that I missed. My refrigerator and cupboards are much happier and healthier, too.
I had no real problem staying on track over the weekend either, which has always been my downfall. After my first week, I weighed in for the first time today, and I'm down 3 lbs.! Now I know that the weight loss will slow as I get closer to my goal weight, BUT what a great feeling to see the numbers come down instead of up! That's pretty amazing, because I was only able to get outside for my walks 3 times last week. I STILL don't have my SUV back. It is now at the third garage for a diagnosis. Fingers crossed, I'll have it back this week so that I can at least walk at the HS gym or at the mall, which I hate, but it's better than nothing. Temps are still below zero for the next couple of days.
I have a slow cooker full of healthy minestrone soup already made for dinner tonight, which should give me leftovers for lunches this week.
Working on my goals which I'll post in a little bit. Since everything is working well, I'll probably keep them pretty much the same.
Have a great day, everyone and let's make this a successful week for all of us. =)

Good morning Debbie!
It's time for me to hop back on this train!! My goals will be simple again. I'm back up to 207.0 (after a week of not logging and barely drink any water). That's still 3.6 down from just a couple weeks ago, so I'm not mad.
1) Drop 1 pound
2) Drink a bottle of water before every meal
3) Drink 100oz of water per day
4) Log foods
5) No king cake this week

8. Stay within calorie limits.
9. Log everything.
