Hi, happy2btxn! Nice to see you here. All you have to do is copy the last post in the list, paste it into a new reply message, and add your name and weight. We come back and add our weigh ins every friday. Since this is the first post of the year, there is only one weight on each line. But for the next week, for example, my line will say "AZLisaLou: 258.6, 257.6". (I hope I lose a lb for next Friday! lol) so we just add on to our list as the year goes on and we can see our progress.

We've also got a spring challenge starting on Monday. The thread is called "Spring Challenge...Thinner, Healthier, Better You". You put your start weight, and goal weight, and then we check in with weigh ins every Monday for 12 weeks. Come join us there too!

Hi everyone,

How is everyone doing in the new year? Guete Ruetsch! That's how we say it in Swiss German--it means Good Slide! I'm not sure why we say that.

We just returned from 2 weeks in Florida. Although we had a great time (the warm days on the beach were wonderful!), my body is feeling yucky and I know for a fact I gained. I'm just so scared to step on the scale right now.

I don't even know how to begin this again. I need to summon the motivation to assess the damage done and get back on track.

Being here with all of you has meant a lot to me, and I need to get back here and check in with you all.

I'll be back here soon, when I muster the courage to step on the scale....
