My monthly bloat went away, thankfully, and I showed an excellent loss since last Monday. I'm very happy with this.

Awe shucks guys. Thank you. This is the easy part. Wait till I get to the half way mark and then it will get tougher. Great job Lisa. Debbie keep fighting.

I did it! I surpassed my goal by .2 lbs.! I'm PMSing, so I don't know if this will stick and I fluctuate like crazy, but for today...SUCCESS!

Good job on yet another loss Libby!!!

Thanks Libby No, I don't think I'll do another bet. I had joined in hopes of finding another support network, but in the end, there was no conversation just a bunch of people posting random thoughts and others 'liking' the posts. It wasn't as motivating as I'd hoped. I won't find out how much I won until after all the weigh ins have been verified and the bet is officially closed...so sometime after midnight tomorrow.

On Friday's weigh in I was 254.4 (or close), so in 3 days I've gained back 2 lbs. I know I didn't eat 7000 calories above and beyond what I burned over the weekend. Yes, I had some pizza and yes, I had some cookies, but other than that I was pretty good. So sad. I probably won't make my goal. I have to lose 2.5lbs/week to reach it. That doesn't sound feasible. And on top of that Thanksgiving is this week. I'm positive I'll have another gain because I'm not going to torture myself and not indulge in pie...and probably a sliver of every one available! I guess if I'm not willing to give up the pie then I can't be sad over not making my goal. It's all about choices. Thanksgiving is the only time of year I get pie.

ok, I'm done bitching.
