Annette! Holy Cow! That was a birthday party!?!?! I have to talk to my husband! hahaha
I don't do drugs or drink it's bad as I have an addictive personality (as displayed by my eating habits and weight)...I'm married so I think sex is a part of the contract but I'll check now that you've mentioned it! hahahaha
I'm really proud to know someone who has that much self control! i.e you Annette!
I'm not sure I wouldn't have given in to the temptation of chips...
We don't keep them in the house here....neither of us need them...that's for sure!
Anyway good for you!
Keep posting...you're my light at the end of the tunnel!

Jenn, I may have that kind of willpower, but I can't be doing everything right because I am still a whopping 320 lbs. At least by my doctor's scale which weighs me heavy.

I have to buy more parsnip chips for the Wednesday party.

My husband's birthday is next weekend. Hmmm... not sure what to do for 67.

Then I have a dual party on the 27th along with an all thing. That one includes a keg of ale, which I will not be partaking of.

Way too many birthdays this month.

Oh, and I don't eat cake, but that is not because of any will-power on my part. Simply allergies.

Annette I see by your signature you did weight 330 and now you weigh 320...so you've accomplished that ten pounds!

It's so hard sometimes....I know. There are days when I don't care if I move or not.
There are days when moving is painful too!
But we need to put those days behind us right?
My plan is to drop 30 pounds by the end of this year....for no other reason than I'll feel better...
Keep posting what you did...i.e. eating parsnip chips or eating salad and and having your BBQ with a your own kind of bread...you have no idea how much that helps everyone.
You really are an inspiration!

Default Monday set goal for losing 50

I'm just getting started on a raw food diet. And exercise program of walking twice a day. 1400 cals....and for today, go to store and get food, go for 35 min walk.

Jenn, I was at 330 last July but at 303 before my scale quit working.

My weight isn't official on my doctor scale though.
