Keeping things the same for another week. Now that the Blowout Weekend's activities have fallen off the 7-Day Averages, I'm hoping to have mostly blue entries for this week!

My week:

Monday -
Managed to make breakfast before the grandkids got here. Multi-grain waffle with sugar free preserves.
My exercise for the day is babysitting an active toddler and a talkative 3 year old. I may have to forgo lunch because I didn't get the shopping done.
Okay, so mashed carrots and lentil pasta shared with the kiddos.
Dinner will be chicken breasts with whatever veggies I can scrape out of the lower bin.
Tuesday -
Early morning shopping tomorrow. I'll plan my meals for the rest of the week according to what is on special at the grocery store.
My first horseback riding lesson is scheduled for 6 pm, so dinner will be via crock pot.
Wednesday -
No time for exercise again today. Out for morning and evening.
Thursday -
No time for exercise again today. Out for morning and evening.
Friday - Packing and going camping for the weekend. Need to plan meals for this as well. At least I will be walking all over the campground over the weekend.

Lots of blue today, hooray. And the items that are red are really close to where they should be, just off by a few points. Assuming I stick fairly close to plan this week, I should be ALL blue by the end of the week. Wouldn't that be loverly (*nod to My Fair Lady*)!

Good morning! After struggling with emotions and food for these last two weeks, I Finally found the courage to weigh myself and -- I lost a pound! That's not a lot, but it's still a loss. Wishing a good week for all of us!

Epixi: You're doing so good! BTW, 'My Fair Lady' is probably my fav movie--Audrey Hepburn was such a class act. Loved all her movies.

Chores await--Vicki

Hi Guys,
Been a weird ten days or so. Just struggling to get on track whatever that is. Eat a little better, exercise to what I can do, not get so stressed. Drink a little more water. Simple goals.

*sniffle sniffle* It's soooo quiet in here. There wasn't even a reason for me to make a new post, since no one posted after this one. I guess I'll just update it and call it a day.

How did I miss not one day but two??? Sorry 'bout that! I blame the (USA) holiday on Monday, threw everything off. Still keeping true to the strategy (well, as close as I can be). Still haven't seen the Big Drop I've been looking for. Come on, scale, I've been doing my part... get with the program!

Ah! Looks like it's gonna be a quiet weekend at my house! At least it's not raining--YET! Think I'll make a meatloaf and roast some fresh green beans and cook some squash. Might even make some low-carb muffins.

Let's eat clean, folks, stay hydrated and move! Vicki

Sounds like a good plan, Vicki! With regard to low carb muffins, I didn't know there was such a thing. I made some muffins a few weeks back, but they weren't low carb. They were plain old box corn muffins, but I doctored them up with wheat bran and protein powder. They were healthier than the original box version, but not low-carb.

Anyway, hope your day has been pleasant!
