Epixi: I tried a new muffin recipe today--turned out pretty good. Next time I'll try a different flavor than just vanilla. They're made with flax meal and whey protein powder. I guess you could say trying new recipes or different ways of cooking is my 'Explore!'.

My wedding rings are getting easier to take off! Vicki

Fantastic, Vicki! I've never been much of a cooking explorer, so my hat is off to you. I've also never tried flax meal. Hmmmm sounds like some experimenting is in order! Wheeee!

Hehe don't let your SO hear that! Seriously, that's happening to me, too. The other day, I was stopped and opened the window to wave another driver around. I noticed then just how loose my ring was. Don't know what I'd have done if it had fallen off in the street!

I'll meet you at the jewelers and we can get them resized .

Welllll, May is sort of going out with a whimper here on the M&A thread. I think this is one of the shortest M&A threads I've ever seen . Tomorrow starts June. With any luck, folks will take it as a fresh start!

Or, maybe everyone hit goal this week and no longer need to come here! It could happen!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Strategy for the Week (May 25 - May 31):
  • 7-day Rolling Average calories = 1400-1450: 1391, 1403, 1348, 1329, 1326, 1332, 1348
  • 7-day Rolling Average water/tea, minimum 2500mL (10+ 8oz glasses): 3390, 3390, 3390, 3390, 3390, 3322, 3322
  • 7-day Rolling Average sodium = 1000-1400: 1326, 1332, 1373, 1400, 1314, 1204, 1185
  • 7-day Rolling Average sat fat = under 18g: 16, 17, 17, 18, 18, 17, 16
  • Macro -- 7-day Rolling Average Fats = 50-60g: 54, 55, 53, 53, 54, 54, 54
  • Macro -- 7-day Rolling Average Carbs = 125-135g: 134, 137, 136, 133, 132, 131, 135
  • Macro -- 7-day Rolling Average Protein = 100-110: 113, 109, 100, 100, 96, 98, 100
  • Macro -- 7-day Rolling Average Fiber = 35-45g: 32, 31, 30, 29, 29, 30, 35
  • Explore! Try something new or do some nutrition-related research at least 2 times:
Metrics are just about where I want them. I really don't think I could do much better than I am doing. I mean, I'm within a point or two on virtually every line.
Now I just need to see some scale love. I'm doing my part .
Still no scale battery but I feel like I finished May with a bang. The Viking outfit that I measured for and made at the beginning of the month was loose at the end of the month.
And so comfortable to wear.
