This is not a good day, and I don't care. It's my birthday and I'll eat if I want to.

UGH - tried to post but logs me off so this will be short.

Happy Birthday Lisa

Up 2.5 pounds this week so I am kicking myself and need to get back on track.

Glad to catch up with everyone.

Check in time! Great calorie burn today!!

Weekly Goals
track food Mon-Sat: Mon. - Yes, Tues - yes
min. 72 oz. water daily: Mon. - 72 oz., Tues. - 72 oz.
1200-1400 calories: Mon. - 1274 cals., Tues. - 1215 cals.
exercise Mon-Sat:Mon. - 84 mins., Tues - 99 mins.

Lisa - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Have your cake and eat it too!!

Lynda - If only weight loss was a linear process You've been doing so well, I'm sure you'll be right back on track and kick butt in the new challenge!

Mike - hi

Hope - Nice to see you back. Sorry to hear you've been under stress. Stick around...having a people to commiserate with can help...perhaps?

Annette - Maybe time to purchase a new scale? That one has been giving you grief in the past...right?

Vicki - Great job staying consistent with exercise! That will most certainly help you to move towards your goal! That small fluctuation is likely water weight...you'll be back down in no time!

Have a great evening all!

Well, I didn't skimp on my birthday, that's for sure! Panda Express (orange chicken and chow mein...a LOT of it) and cheesecake. The sodium will mess with the scale for quite a few days at least.

Thank you for the birthday wishes Debbie and Lynda!

Hey I was thinking about you too. I got a text from your lovely wife. I would LOVE to be back there again. So disappointed we didn't make it. And you WOULD mention crawfish just when I am trying to pull it all in again and eat clean. Now I am craving a boil....Thanks, pal lol!!!!!

Lisa: so glad you enjoyed your birthday! Cheesecake--it sounds wonderful and I LOVE it! Chicken--I'll take it any way you fix it!

Lynda: Good to hear from you--weight loss really is a 'wait'--it happens soooo slowly at times.

Debbie: You have such a clear focus on your goals! I'm impressed!

Mike: Glad you enjoyed the crawfish!

Hope: Get you some crawfish, gal, IF it's part of your food plan! Now I'm wanting some boiled shrimp! Crawfish are OK but I like shrimp better.

DH is home today doing prep for a procedure at the diagnostic center tomorrow morning--nothing's wrong--just a routine screening. I'm trying to not eat in front of him since he can't have food today. Got me some snacks ready to go with me tomorrow since we'll be there most of the day.

Feeling energetic today--cleaning walls and washing curtains. Vicki

Vicki: I wish a boil was part of my plan. I love shrimp too. Just had some grilled over a salad for lunch.
Hope DH's test goes well. You are a good wife not to eat in front of him.
