I'm not sure how to record this. I lifted weights today. It went kind of like this:

5 lbs each hand X 3
30 lbs total X 1

8 reps

10 lbs each hand X 2
40 lbs total X 1

5 reps

Since I did this in 2 sessions without a clock, I think I'll arbitrarily say equivalent of 1 mile.

Edited for Wednesday:
10 lbs each hand X 2
40 lbs total X1

12 reps 1 mile

Edited for Thursday:
10 lbs each hand X 2
40 lbs X 1

12 reps 1 mile

1.2 miles today. Dropped my van off at mechanic and walked to an optometrist appointment. Spent $55 at mechanic, $600 at optometrist.

Total distance for March is 48.7

I've counted the steps in the top half of the front yard. 20 minutes of mowing counts for 0.3 miles actual distance. Hopefully I can tackle the back yard tomorrow.

My son was laid off temporarily due to online fraud. Not his fault, but the business owner can't afford to keep him hired on.

Bonus for me is I need to get him burning backyard brush. That will free me up to go buy a chainsaw.

April total 0.3 miles

BTW, I don't plan on quitting till I get there.

Back yard took a little longer. Only covered 1.1 miles. One more section to do and then I can start again next week with the mower on a lower setting.
