I've been lazy, I only did 1.1 yesterday but it's better than nothing.

Well, I completed my original goal of 5 miles last week but didn't complete my new goal of 8 miles. Our weather turned crappy and very cold. With my asthma I try not to walk outside in the cold too much (takes too long to recover). I'm going to try again this week. It's times like these that I wish I had a treadmill.

Great job so far everyone!

Christy - Jessica Smith has some great indoor walking routines on youtube. You should check them out...maybe they would be a good substitute for when you don't want to walk outside.
