About the same as last week. Not bad considering I haven't even counted calories in the last 3 days. Too many birthdays and parties to keep track. I'll get back to it next week.

We are getting down to the wire Easter Challengers! Only 2 more weigh ins before the challenge is over! I actually ended up getting on the scale on Saturday. I'm down 1 lb. Happy to be down a bit, but nowhere near what I thought the scale would read. However, progress is progress even if it's slow, so I'll take it! Looks like I should have made my goal 139 lbs. instead of 129 lbs. At the rate I've been going, if I hit 139 lbs. I'll be ecstatic!

I'm going to clean up the check in list since it seems some folks are no longer participating in the Easter Challenge. If I removed your name and you are still participating, please add it back to the list.

Will our last weigh-in be on Friday, April 3 or on Easter Sunday (since this is an Easter challenge)? Just curious.

Thanks for all your work on this and keeping track of everyone's weigh-ins and changes. Can't wait until the next challenge!

Hi Christy . I will personally be weighing in on Friday. I will be travelling for the weekend so I need to weight Friday before we hit the road. I encourage everyone to weigh in on the day that is most suitable. Once I'm back after the weekend, I'll wrap up this challenge and get a new one going. Hoping I have better success on the challenge

I feel like I'm getting back on track. Down 2 lbs this week. Woohoo.

Ok, I've been really indulgent the past two weeks. 2 Birthdays 4 parties, spring break outings and such... but now all the cake, pizza, and wine are gone. I'm up 2 pounds - 1.8 of those I gained in one night, so I assume it that will come off as mysteriously as it came on. I'm not going to hit my challenge goal weight, but I'd like to end this challenge at my lowest weight since Jan 1. That means I need to lose 2.6 pounds this week. I think it can be done since my 2 pound gain is almost certainly water weight.

Hi there Easter Challengers! I've been thinking about our next challenge and wondering what we can do to spice things up a bit. I loved the idea of a group weight loss challenge, but that didn't work out so well since we lost half of the challengers along the way...kind of hard to hit a group goal when you lose half the people! The next challenge will run up until July 1st (Canada Day for us Canadians!) and July 4th (Independence Day for our America FitDayers!), so that will give us roughly 13 weeks for the total challenge. What would you like to see as added/bonus goals? The number on the scale is great....but I want to add other goals to help motivate! Here are few ideas, let me know if any appeal to you or if you have any other ideas!
  • An exercise challenge! We may all enjoy different types of exercise, but we could keep it simple and track exercise minutes. What better way to reach our weight loss goals than to add in 'minutes exercised' as a challenge! We could pledge a total amount of minutes at the beginning of the challenge and aim to complete those minutes by the end.
  • Biggest loser style! We could track percentage of weight loss and at the end of the challenge, the top three people with the biggest % of weight lost get bragging rights!
  • ...I can't think of anything else More ideas please...anyone....anyone....
