I can't wait to see what my number is tomorrow. For once in a very long time I am on track and feeling good.

The scale was good to me this morning. I didn't want to tempt fate and step on it again. I am going to have to lose a pound a week to get to my goal in

Libby, great job!!! I know you've been having a rough time lately, but this is validation that you are on the right track.

Debbie, don't give up! You can do this! You've done it before, and you know what to do. Just put one thing at a time in place and it will all come together.

I'm very excited about my progress. It's been slow but steady, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I had been struggling for a really long time...long enough to gain 45 lbs back! But one day about 2 months ago something just clicked and I started doing better. Then momentum took over. I still slip a few times a week with making a wrong decision (or in the case of exercise...a non-decision!), but the slip ups are less and less damaging. I hope I can keep this up. I really need this.
