Ya up this week...so much so that I've actually hit an all time highest weight!
I am weighing on a new scale which is weighing me 2 pounds higher than my old scale....but that still doesn't account for the big jump. Oh well....not going to sweat it....or wait a minute...yes I am! I'm planning to have many sweat sessions in my near future

Oh Becca...I know I can do this! I've done it before and I will most certainly do it again and this time, learn how to maintain so I never have to start over again!
