I've been back to eating low cholesterol and low carb since Friday and will be returning to posting Monday. I haven't got the nerve to get on the scale--may not until next Friday.
Beccafries--I got your shoutout. Thanks for inviting me back.

Hey folks!
My name is Roxy, I'm from BC Canada. I have been using Fit day on and off since about 2010 (had to recreate acct in 2013).
The first time I used a combo of WeightWatchers and Fitday, and went from 355lbs to 185 lbs in just over 2ish years. I kept it off for many years, as I had truly adopted a healthier way of living.
The second time around I used Fitday only to lose my post-divorce weight (40 lb gain), and kept that off for a long time too.
Here I am back once again, and the final time I have packed on a whopping 80 lbs while caring for my terminally ill mother. After her passing, and several months of grieving and rebuilding, I am back on track. It feels amazing - and necessary!
I have a closet full of gorgeous clothes that are too tight. I am so excited to get back to my goal - 185/180 really works for my height, build, and lifestyle. When I am happy and healthy I eat really healthfully and exercise plenty, and it just feels easy and right. When I am down, I eat. This is where I need to change my programming.
So - just wanted to introduce myself - I look forward to posting with you all

Thanks! Yep, I definitely can do it. I know how to eat well and exercise; it just takes time and focus
