I too gave up on the weekly planning but weigh every day. I didn't log my food yesterday but kinda kept mental track of it.

My goals for October were to get my weight down to 330 and my BMI down to 49. I've got two more days but I've only got 1.8 lbs to go weight wise and my BMI has been in the 49 range most of the month. Today it officially was 48.99 but I recorded it at 49.0 since I round it off to the tenth. Very excited!

We closed up my mother in laws cottage. It was nice to get away but I am glad to be back home. Congrats to all who are making progress and hugs to all who are struggling. There are a lot of people missing? Come back.

Annette: You'll find your rhythm again! Keep on doing what's been working and the results will come!

Christy: Congrats on getting your BMI down--that's one way to track progress that I hadn't thought very much about--I try to be more focused on how much stronger I feel. Years ago I was concerned on what others thought; this time, not so much! I also see that we both want to get to near weight goals. I want to get to 170--which is what my total cholesterol happens to be! I said this past spring that I wished my weight was as low as my TC number and I'm slowly inching that way! After I get to 170, who knows, I might decide to go lower!

I don't do the daily weigh-in like some of you do. I try to weigh about every 10-14 days. I do this to keep my focus on eating according to my food plan, exercising as I can and living my life rather than concentrating on the scale. I believe 'Healthy eating, positive self-care and joyous living are the goals; weight loss is the result." Vicki

Hi everybody..

Can we still do the Friday Weigh-ins as well??

We don't have to do weekly planning... just do your daily and Friday
weigh in post.... I luv those

For the newbies.... it's title Friday Weigh in.... u just copy and paste
the last post and update your weight and the Friday's date if you are
1st person to post on that Friday.
