Slowly going in the wrong direction. I haven't exercised much this week because I'm busy getting ready for a craft show this weekend and have been sewing pretty from the time I get up until I go to bed. Trying to keep my calories down to counter this. I did have leftover pizza the last two days and I'm sure that has factored into this as well.

I'm moving in the right direction, but it's coming off way more slowly than last week after my gain. I took a big breath and realized this morning (after going over my FD charts for the last few months) that this tends to be how my weight loss goes - I lose in a big whoosh (3-4 lbs. in a week) and then bounce back, maintain a bit, and then whoosh again. I think, however, my body is also telling me something, which is generally "WOMAN, YOU NEED TO WORK OUT MORE CONSISTENTLY"
So, I am going to focus on that. I really feel it screaming at me today.
