So far I have been doing better than expected. I know my weight loss won't always be like in the beginning but I am happy so far!

I'll probably be up a bit tomorrow as I went over my calories by about 460 calories. We had a meal at church for our pastor and his family for pastor appreciation month and then we had taco soup and cheese bread for youth group. I did drink water the whole day and I didn't have dessert at the luncheon. Two steps in the right direction.

339 and I are becoming way too comfortable with each other. Pushed myself to 4.61 miles this morning on my walk. That's almost a mile more than I've been walking most days. Time to get back on track (literally and figuratively).
