Sorry I went MIA over the weekend, weigh-inners! It was a really busy weekend for me, and our internet router was doing really weird things on top of the busy. We think we have the problem solved (actually a bad/old cable from the router) and our internet is back to working for more than 30 seconds at a time! DH thinks someone kicked the cable and messed it up >.> It couldn't possibly have been me <.<
Anywho! I did log faithfully and worked out on BOTH Saturday and Sunday this weekend, and I also kept up with my goals. I didn't do so hot on water, but the scale was kind to me over the weekend and I FINALLY showed a loss this morning! OUT OF THE 180s!!!!!

Small bounce up today, but last evening was stressful and I am having muscle soreness from a strength workout - muscle soreness just means I'm inflamed and therefore retaining water. Kind of a high-salt dinner, too. I'll work on flushing it out and stretching my muscles today.
