I can't pin down any one thing as being a cause for weight gain. I am staying within my calorie count. Anything I do push the limits with is low carb. I supposedly burned around 600 calories yesterday in activities.

It's that wonderful time of the month. Can you sense my sarcasm! Refuse to get on the scale but at least wanted to check in with my fellow daily weighers. I'm updating my monthly goals since the current ones seem unlikely. I hope going back on the pill helps with this monthly roller coaster and doesn't just bring new sha....zit OY!
