I too weigh in every day but tend to really look at it on a weekly basis to see how I'm doing. I too record my daily weights. Glad I'm not the only one.

You'd think that with this yeast free diet, weight would be just dropping off me but I eat more of what I do eat. Terri, feel better!!!!!

Slight gain today but it wasn't a surprise. I didn't do any exercise (except light housework yesterday) for the last two days and I ate at the high end of my calorie range. Back at the walking today (already put in 2.7 miles this morning).
