Sounds like those who are on are doing pretty good with their motivation this weekend.
I got my butt in gear and walked yesterday and today. Today was a busy Sunday - including helping change a wheelbearing in my daughter's car. My husband's sciatic nerve is acting up so he was the brains and I was the muscle.
Stayed with my goals 6/7 days....I am usually pretty compulsive about these things so I have to work at being happy with that. Here's to next week.
