Good morning Setting my daily goals for the day. Today I'm aiming to burn a minimum of 700 calories, keep calories below 1200 and drink 96 oz. water. I'm scaling down the calorie burn today but keeping everything else the same. I'm seriously tried after a few days of intense exercise. I'm thinking I'll take a rest day this weekend.

My rest day was yesterday
100+ oz of water was done!!
Will try and get a work out done this evening

Hi Becca! What are you planning for a workout this evening? Also, do you take progress pics? I have this time and it's very motivating!

Not a good day food wise Should've packed an apple in bag. Too hungry at lunch and poor choices. Too much coffee, not enough water.

Hi, everyone. Food choices so so today, but I am determined to stay within my calorie range. Problem is, the dinner I was planning tonight (taco salad with ground turkey instead of beef) would take me over. Salad should be healthy, right? lol. Not the way I make it. So I'm trying to come up with a variation that will work within my calorie goal of no more than 1400.

My protein and fiber are way down. But my water is up a little. Sat. fats are too high.

I'm so impatient for my 21 Day Fix program to get here. I've got about another 3 weeks to wait.

Checking back in with my daily report!

Today's goal is to drink 96 oz. water - Check!, burn a minimum of 700 calories - Check! I almost burned 1000 calories again!!! and keep my calories under 1200 - Check! It was close again, but I stayed under 1200


Tomorrow is weigh day! I'm hoping with all the exercise this week, that the scale is extra nice

I walked for 15 minutes outside today and then it started raining. My calories were good so I am hoping for a nice loss tomorrow.

Goals for the week
6 glasses of water: M-Y T-Y W-Y T-Y
exercise 3X: T-15 min.
3 fruits 3 veg: M-Y T-Y W-Y T-Y
lose 5 pounds: 1 gone
finish 1 project: I am working on a quilt for my Dad.

I didn't meet my calorie goal after all. I'm still hoping for a little loss for tomorrow's weigh in.
