Libby's 2014 Easter Challenge!!!
 
Our very own Libby has started an Easter Challenge! A few of us here on fitday participated in a New Years Challenge. It kept us motivated and focused to reach a new goal! Now that Spring is almost here, a new challenge is just what we need to keep forging forward!

All are welcome! The challenge runs from Friday March 7 - Friday April 18. If you want to join (at any point during the challenge!), copy and paste the participant list below and add your user name.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for reposting this on a new thread. I lost 7.3 pounds this week. It's so nice to be back to losing weight with a plan.

Libby - You've really done an awesome job this week Libby! I know the plan your doing isn't easy, but it's paying off :)

Becca - I updated your weight here so it reflects your last two weigh ins rather than your Easter goal.

Me again :D In light of my turtle pace of losing weight, I've adjusted my Easter goal to something more practical for me. No point in setting myself up for failure right!

Great job Libby!!!!

I'm making my goal 180 lbs by Easter. This is probably is unrealistic as I'm going to be at a family reunion for 1 1/2 weeks during this time....ah well. I'm still going to do my best. Speaking of vacations they really make me nervous. Workouts are nonexistent and eating is so difficult to maintain. Does anyone have vacation strategies for staying on track?

I am down today- yay me ;-) 192.8 on the scale this a.m. !!!!

I agree that eating is somewhat difficult when on holidays if your eating in restaurants. As for exercise, we always book a hotel that has a gym. if we're not at a hotel and staying with family, i bring my running shoes and hit the pavement for a run (or walk if you prefer) daily! I follow that up with some body weight exercises. Staying on track on holidays can be done, you just have to plan for it.

It's not as bad as I feared. I thought I would gain all the weight back this week. How is every one else doing?

Hi Libby! It's only Thursday....you've got another day to do some damage for the week ;) I think I'll be up this week too....I have been up all week.
