I'm refusing to weight in today. I will do it tomorrow morning. My fluid gain from earlier in the week is starting to go so I hope to be even by tomorrow.

Well I didn't make this an epic week like I had hoped, however it was not an epic loss either. I almost managed to maintain my weight from last week...only up .6 lbs.

Congrats on the loss Libby!! You really made it an epic week! Great job!

Back down to 270.
Put a pair of jeans on this morning that used to be tight (that I had to suck in) and I can do them up easily today

I've been drinking a protein shake in the a.m. ( I don't really like to eat breakfast most days, and figured it was better after my workouts at the gym too). Also- I've just started taking a daily probiotic supplement and am curious to see if it improves my weight loss.

Things are going well today. I did two sessions of 42 min on the treadmill and
5 minutes of light weights. My calories are on track too. I want to lose another 3 pounds next week.
