Considering I was up to almost 137 this week, I am happy. I usually lose weight in winter but lately I feel like I am storing food for the winter. I wonder if it is because it is so cold that I've been eating so much. Anyway, I am determined to lose 2 pounds this week, despite Super Bowl party I am hosting and possible poker game, two big food times. I am a social eater. But I have to eat for one - me.
Up 1 pound this week....freakin' PMS...that's all I gotta say about that! I ate well and did all my planned workouts, so I'm sure I'll see the water weight come off next week. I will not let this get me down!
Hope - Congrats on you .5 lb loss this week. I would love to lose 2 pounds this week as well!
I feel like I am treading water this past week and not going any where. I guess I shouldn't complain because I was 173 on Jan 1st and today I am 168.1. That's 5 pounds I have lost this month. Whoo Hoo. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

I was really wondering if there would be any change since my previous weigh in was actually done on Monday of this week. I am pleased to report that I lost 1 lb. I really do think drinking more water has helped with my progress so far.
I was down to 133.5 THIS WEEK and then sushi and subsequent binge eating undid me. Being homebound due to snow undid me. Well ya know what? I am fighting back. I will not give in. I am planning my meals and STICKING to it. I WILL be less fluffy. By next week's weigh in, I will be down two pounds. Just watch.
