I'm up about a pound this week and honestly not sure what to attribute it to, though it might be Aunt Flo. I will keep on keeping on, because I had a good week this week!

The daily weigh in is working for me. I am down more than a pound this week. I will try to be good this week end.

FRIDAY, AUG 29nd

I'm over two pounds down from last week (which was a bounce-up), but I'm really 1.6 lbs. down from a weight I was stuck at for a couple of weeks, so I'm happy about that! Close to a new decade. Weighing in daily is helping me.
