Hi all! Looks like I'll be starting off the Friday weigh in. I'm happy to report that I'm down 2.8 lbs. I'm surprised by that considering I didn't workout for almost a week? Also, I've been eating more comfort foods since I've been sick but still trying to mind portion control. I'm happy for the lose either way!

Debbie, kudos on your weight loss! I was down to 227 but went back up to 227.4 due to too many carbs and not enough exercise. But like we said, a pound a week adds up to 52 pounds a year. I'll take it!

Hi everybody....welcome Mern glad to have you here

I gained this week big time... niece party over the w/end....and a
friend bday on yesterday so we went to happy hr.... I drank several
drinks..and good food!

My hard work paid off. I lost over a pound. If I could do this every week I would reach my goal weight this year. That would make me very happy.
