It's not as bad as I feared but I did gain back some after Jump start. Going
down to 800 calories was not a good idea.

I'm up this week which was no surprise since I've been up all week. If I flollow the same pattern that seems to be happening, I should be down next week. I seem to have 2 weeks down then 1 week up, then repeat. My cycle is so messed up for some reason? I'm getting my period every 3 weeks instead of every 4....so strange? Hope everyone else has a good loss this week!

I thought I would weigh myself this morning even though I have been too sick this week to follow any sort of plan or excercise. I've been lucky to eat lunch and dinner. This cold has been so bad with so much drainage and yuck that my appetite has almost been nil. I've sort of been careful not to eat too many sweets due to the fact that I wasn't anxioius to backtrack on my weight goals. I lost almost 2 lbs this week, but not sure if I'm proud. I will take it, however!!! lol Just starting to feel a bit better today so maybe I will do my yoga class tomorrow if still up for it then. Good luck all. I've missed talking to everyone on here.

I was on spring break - - did a lot of exercising but also ate a lot of good food. I am happy that I stayed the same - - although a loss would of been great!

Jennifer, I think that's a great job staying the same while on spring break! Staying even at times like that is a great success!
