They say to surround yourself with supportive people when trying to shed pounds. The reality is, not everyone has these people in their every day life. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure many have important people in our lives who support our efforts, but it's not always the case that they are going through this struggle with you. It's awesome to have friends who are facing the same struggles, frustrations, set backs and triumphs. Here's to my fitday friends that are on this journey with me! ;)
