It really spoke to me as well. So many times I've tried to get back in shape and every time I'm frustrated with how long it takes and ultimately give up. This time, I'm trying my best to keep the faith and know that it will only happen if I stay the course :)

My in-laws live in KW! We're not there very often, but we do make it down usually twice a year. I'll let you know when and we can meet up for coffee for sure!
