Hi all Checking in with my workout of the day and my weigh in. I lost .8 lbs!! May not sound like a lot but I'm extatic about it!! I was expecting a gain this week, so I'll take it!
12 Weeks, 84 days...84 workouts
Week 1, 7 Days total - done
Week 2, 5 Days total - missed 2 days this week
Week 3, Day 1 - yes

Week 3 Weight 167.3
Day 1: 30 min walking, Christmas shopping 3 hours.
My clothes are fitting looser so I must be losing inches. I will have to take my measurements again.

Another great week for us all!
Libby - I know you've had a rough week not feeling well, but you finished strong. Take measurements but also take pictures periodically. I had never tried that before, but I have (this time around ) and I'm amazed how I can see the differences more than it shows on the scale.
Becca - Another couple pounds down! What's your secret?
Looks like baxtman has abandoned ship?

Checking in with a workout...Day 25 fo the 30 Day Challenge. I'm almost at the finish line! Can't wait to see the final results. Wonder what I should do next?

Libby, looks like the storm is bypassing you and headed straight to me! It's -30 with the windchill and we supposed to get up to 20 cm today. I wish I could just stay indoors all day, but not such luck! Lots of running around to do.

We have enough snow that I decided I needed winter boots. The scale is still making me mad. I am up a half a pound this morning. 167.9 My calories were 1139 and I exercised. I just don't get it.

My calories were under 1200 and my weight is up to 169.7 this morning .
I could tear my hair out. Should I cut back even more on my calories?
