Good morning This is pretty much the same post as yesterday morning...checking in with my daily workout. Thanks for starting this Libby...I love being accoutnable for my workouts. It is serious motivation for me! Another crazy and intense 1 our and 12 minute interval workout...mixing up body weight exercises and jump rope! Thank goodness the workout scheduled for tomorrow is a little shorter. I've also been adding in extra cardio on the eliptical as often as I can to kick it up a notch.

12 Weeks, 84 days...84 workouts
Week 1, 7 Days total - done

Checking in with you all really help Keep me on track. It's been a Lay kind of day for me. I've Sent a lot of time on the computer today, paying bills and such. Sometimes you just need a day off. Plan on sticking to my diet through. My weight today way still the same, but I fiel like I will get to post a loss soon. More later.

SW 216.5 Nov 17/2013
Dec 6/2013 CW 211.5 down 1 lb this week
Goal 200 by 12/25/2013

Lost 1 1/2 in off my waist, 1/2 in off my chest. Other measurements are unchanged.

Good morning! Friday Weigh Day! I'm down 1.2 lbs. this week! I'm very happy about that. This is the first time I've been out of the 130's in 5 years! Another pound to go and I'll be at my old set point. I'll keep on trying to kick it up a notch in the exercise department because really think that is what is giving me good results.

This morning was an all weight workout with 8 minutes of jump rope at the end. It was a good workout, but not my favourite so far of this 30 day challenge. I prefer the mix of skipping and weighted work...but still a good workout

baxtman - Congrats on your loss! 1 1/2 inches off your waist...is that since Nov. 17th or is that in the past week? Either way, excellent results!!

I must be retaining fluid because my weight is way up this morning. I am not recording my weight this week. Exercise is going well. I walked for 30 min.
in green zone. I am glad that others are having a good week. Keep up the good work.

Good Job- go find the Friday weigh in post under weight loss....

Libby, that's probably it...it happens a lot.... next week you will have a loss.

I did good this week..kept up with my workouts...good positive results...
