Day 1: 30 min walking, 3 hours shopping
Day 2: 30 min walking, 3 hours shopping
Day 3: 30 minutes walking, housework
My day could have gone better. Tomorrow I am starting a new execise program and I will see how that works.

Day 4: 30 minutes walking at higher intensity 168.8
I have so much to do. My clothes need to be altered to make them fit because they are too loose. Yay. The scale is still making me mad.

Checking in with a workout...Day 27 of the 30 Day Challenge which is an active rest day so I did 45 minutes on the eliptical. I'm hoping ot get in another 45 this evening...I want to keep that scale moving!

Checking in with Day 29 of the 30 Day Challenge which was a 40 minutes interval workout. I also managed a second 45 minute eliptical workout last night. I think I'll not do an extra workout today, I need a rest!

Hi all. I don't deal well with stress and that became evident when my uncle and aunt both passed away one month to the day of each other. It's been a very sad time for our family. At this time I am not thinking about diet or exercise just day to day living.

Checking in with Day 30 of the 30 Day Challenge which was a 50 minutes interval workout. I did it!!! I completed the challenge I set out to accomplish and it feels great! Now onward and upward....or downward if we're talking about weight

This morning I decided to honour their name by being good to my self and taking care of my body. I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill and will do another 30 minutes tonight.

Atta girl! I think that's a wonderful way to honour their memory. I hope it helps to heal your heart.
I've created my own personal 30 Challenge with all the exercises that I like. It will be an interval workout...which I love!..that will mix bodyweight exercises, skipping rope, plyometrics and some weights spinkled in for good measure.
