Checking in with my workout of the day. Day 23 of the 30 Day Challenge that I'm doing. These are tough workouts! I'll complete it next Thrudays, so at Friday's weigh in I'm also doing picutres to check out my progress. I really find taking pictures is a much better way to guage my success that just relying on the number on the scale.

12 Weeks, 84 days...84 workouts
Week 1, 7 Days total - done
Week 2, 5 Days total - missed 2 days this week

Hope everyone has an awesome day!

I was back on the treadmill this morning for 15 minutes. The mi coach device kept telling me to slow down. I was walking at 4.5 which was probably at 75% of maximum. I might do another 15 minutes tonight. The scale is still not making me happy so I will just continue working out and eating healthy.

Default Just do it!

I'm with you for a 5 lb weight loss. I've been on and off FitDay since Sept but after spending a week down south by the pool it's clear that I need to get serious! If my brother can loose 40 lbs so can I!! Topping out at 180 5 lbs should be attainable. Thanks for motivating me

Default I'm TOTALLY in!!!

I am crazy busy with the holiday season as I work in retail but I'm going with my boyfriend to Hawaii on January 5th and really need to lose the 10 pounds I've gained over the course of a year. With the 12 days to Christmas countdown that is happening at the store, I'm going to do a 12 days of Smoothies plan. I'll keep you posted on my success!

Height 5'3"
Weight - 125
Goal - 115

Hi all. My weight has been yo yoing since the end of November bouncing between 169 and 167. Today it's at 167.3 I doubt if I can lose 3 pounds by New years so I am changing my goal to 166. That will still be my lowest this year. I am going to exercise twice a day and eat healthy. I just wanted to set a realistic goal that I have a chance of achieving.
